Here’s a bit of irony; a man who ONLY dates/marries a blonde? what happens when that blonde becomes white haired? does he run off and date a dyed brown hair girl? could be!!!! so I say, BE YOURSELF and not try to go blonde for “attention” ONLY go blonde because thats how YOU feel not him.

i’m afraid i disagree with all of the above posted suggestions. .

the fact that brunettes give the impression of being exotic, interesting, deep or any of the above mentioned qualities, is just as definite as blondes being younger than brunettes, i keep looking for the logic in what you say but i just can’t find it, with all due respect, it all just sounds like hunches that were somehow injected into some part of the planet population’s systems when they were far too young to notice they weren’t logical.

please, what am i missing here?

Interesting, I often wondered why it was that I would pick up blondes, but I’ve only ever really dated dark haired women.

You might be right about that blondes give a perception of fun, youthfulness whereas the brunettes tend to seem more intellectual/deep!

Hmm…I guess it’s true that men do look at blondes first. As an artist and visual person, blonde hair is more eyecatching. There’s more contrast, and it’s rarer (with the exception of California mabye) to see a blonde than a brunette. It is a bit frustrating as a brunette to realize this fact, but it just makes us have a bit more of a challenge to prove that we are more worth it. I think as long as a woman is confident (blonde or brunette) she shouldn’t worry about the competition, just be herself and the guys will come to them. =)

I completely agree! And not just b/c I’m a dark haired girl:) I think men look at blonds first because it’s different. I actually watched a documentary (on a Delta flight) about blonds vs. brunettes. In the end, blonds got more attention at first glance, but men believed that brunettes were more interesting and intelligent:)
